This is a plain description of what happens to the information you type into the quote form. It is not a contract.
The form asks for your name, your phone number, the service address, which services you are interested in, roughly how big the lawn is, and how you would rather be reached. Email is optional, and so are the notes. Your browser also hands over an IP address and a user agent string, and those are stored with the request.
All of it is there to answer the request. The address is how the lawn gets measured. The phone number is how the answer reaches you.
Four things touch it. Netlify hosts this site and receives the form. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person filled it in rather than a script, which means it sees your IP address and some signals from your browser. The request then goes into my own scheduling and billing system, where the quote and the invoice are written. Replies go out by text message, or by email if that is what you picked, through the services that carry them.
Your phone number is not sold, and it is not handed to anyone else to market to you. The only texts you get from me are about your own request, plus the seasonal reminders if you ticked that box. Reply STOP to those and they end.
To see what I have on file, or to have it deleted, tell me and I will do it. The quote history goes with it.
